Nellinfotech - GenAI Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are hiring a GenAI Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade GenAI/LLM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence, AI Search, .NET, and Cosmos DB, alongside a deep understanding of GenAI tools, cloud-native architecture, and responsible AI practices. This is contract role for 6-12 months.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Proven experience in AI/ML or GenAI solution architecture
• Hands-on with Azure OpenAI, Form Recognizer, Cognitive Search
• .NET programming and Cosmos DB integration good to have
• Expertise in prompt design, LLM orchestration, and scalable deployments
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
• Familiar with secure, compliant, and cost-optimized AI delivery
