Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team during pre-sales engagements, demonstrating the value of our software solutions to potential clients.
  • Assist in scoping, planning, and executing implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment of our software.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal development teams, communicating feedback and contributing to product improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong technical expertise in our software products to effectively troubleshoot and educate customers.
  • Up to 20% travel may be required for client visits and on-site project support.
