QA Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineer specializing in Test Automation and Quality Assurance to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery through comprehensive testing strategies and automation frameworks.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Test Automation & Development
• • Design and implement automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks
• • Develop and maintain test automation suites for web, mobile, and API testing
• • Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements
• • Execute manual and automated testing across different environments
• Quality Assurance & Testing
• • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems
• • Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and resolve issues
• • Support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
• Collaboration & Learning
• • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
• • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
• • Learn and adapt to new testing tools and methodologies
• • Contribute to test documentation and knowledge sharing
• • Support production deployments and post-release testing

• • 0-2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
• • Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
• • Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit)

• • Knowledge of API testing and REST/SOAP web services
• • Understanding of database testing and SQL queries
