Experienced in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management with strong exposure to Agile and BI/SQL tools. Proven ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables across Banking, Finance, and IT domains.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Requirements & Stakeholder Management
- • Gather, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements
- • Facilitate workshops and interviews with cross-functional stakeholders
- • Translate ambiguous business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- • Maintain product backlogs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and opportunities
- • Build dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker)
- • Validate hypotheses with quantitative evidence to support decision-making
- • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and ROI
- Solution Design & Delivery Support
- • Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, and QA to design optimal solutions
- • Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups as needed
- • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT activities
- • Serve as the point of contact for clarifying requirements during development
- Continuous Improvement & Governance
- • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements
- • Champion data quality, lineage, and governance best practices
- • Contribute to the evolution of BA standards, templates, and methodologies

- Data & BI Technologies
- • Proficiency with SQL querying and database interactions

- • Knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
- Tools & Platforms
- • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure Boards, Confluence)

- • Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools (Balsamiq, Figma)
- • Understanding of API documentation and testing tools
- • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related
- field
- • 0-2 years as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a technology-driven
- environment
- • Demonstrated experience delivering data-informed product enhancements
- • Exposure to agile software development life cycle (SDLC)
- • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- • Track record of translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Preferred Qualifications
- • CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA certification
- • Experience in cloud/SaaS products or fintech domain
- • Familiarity with statistical analysis (R/Python) and machine learning concepts
- • Background in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries
- • Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field
