Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager with 10–12 years of expertise in IT service delivery, account management, and client engagement within the banking domain. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong client relationships, overseeing delivery, driving account growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
  • Oversee timely and high-quality delivery of IT projects and services.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support revenue targets.
  • Manage project risks, performance metrics, and regular client communications.

Cultural Expectations

  • 10+ years in IT service delivery/account management (banking domain preferred)
  • Experience working with PSUs
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, managed services, and tech solutions
  • Excellent client-facing, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects in a high-pressure environment
  • Willingness to travel when required

Hiring Process

  • Live coding task to evaluate coding proficiency.
  • Technical interview with senior member from the technical team.
  • Final interview with Tech Lead/CTO.
