SRE - AI/ML Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer – AI/ML Support with strong skills in Linux, networking, containers, Python, and ML frameworks like PyTorch. The candidate should have experience in NLP, image classification, object detection, and scripting, with additional exposure to LLMs, LangChain, and multimodal models being a plus.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Excellent verbal & written communication in English
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and case management tools
• Experience creating clear process and knowledge documentation
• Proficient with Linux commands, basic networking, and shell scripting
• Hands-on with containers (run, build, monitor)
• Python & PyTorch proficiency (certification/test results required)
• Experience in NLP, image classification, object detection & segmentation
• Ability to work across various tools as per product requirements

Cultural Expectations

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Knowledge of C++, GoLang, LangChain, and ViT
• Exposure to multimodal AI models

Hiring Process

• Live coding task to evaluate coding proficiency.
• Technical interview with senior member from the technical team.
• Final interview with Tech Lead/CTO.
