SDE III JAVA (Backend Developer)

Job Summary

We are hiring an SDE-III Backend Engineer (6–10 yrs) with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and distributed systems. The role involves building scalable, cloud-native applications using AWS/Azure/GCP, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis, and Kubernetes while driving end-to-end ownership and mentoring junior engineers.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Java-based backend services
• Build and maintain cloud-native distributed systems
• Ensure high performance, availability, and fault tolerance
• Drive code quality through reviews and best practices
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams
• Mentor junior developers and lead module-level development
• Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making
• Follow Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices

Cultural Expectations

• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs
• Database expertise: MySQL, and MongoDB
• Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS
• Caching: Redis, Memcached
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with serverless computing & event-driven architecture
• Solid grasp of software design patterns and best practices
