Service Now Architect (HRSD, ITOM, ITAM and more)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 10+ years of expertise to join our client team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered 3–4 end-to-end implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules (HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, AppEngine, etc.) and bring a strong foundation in ServiceNow development, customization, and integrations. This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow scripting, proven leadership in solution design and upgrades, and the ability to drive best practices in architecture, governance, and delivery. ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS) are highly preferred.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, etc.).
• Lead 3–4 full-cycle implementations, ensuring adherence to best practices and client requirements.
• Define and enforce platform standards, governance, and architectural frameworks.
• Oversee ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide developers, ensuring high-quality code, scripting, and workflows.
• Drive CMDB, ITOM Discovery, and Service Mapping initiatives for data accuracy and service visibility.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow features and provide recommendations for roadmap planning.

Cultural Expectations

• Proven ability to manage and deliver complex ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, integrations (REST/SOAP), and UI customization.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog) and additional modules like HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, or SPM.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, provide technical direction, and handle client interactions confidently.
• Certified in ServiceNow (CAD, CIS in one or more modules) and ITIL certified (preferred).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on development when required.
