Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IBM ODM Consultant to design, develop, and implement business rules using IBM Operational Decision Manager. The role involves working with stakeholders to capture business logic, optimize decision services, and integrate ODM with enterprise applications for scalable and efficient decision automation.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement business rules using IBM ODM (Decision Center & Decision Server).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to capture, define, and validate business rules and decision logic.
• Configure, deploy, and test decision services within enterprise applications.
• Integrate IBM ODM with other enterprise systems (APIs, databases, messaging platforms).
• Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and high availability of rule execution.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing ODM implementations.
• Document rule architecture, deployment processes, and best practices.

Cultural Expectations

• trong knowledge of Decision Center, Decision Server, RES (Rule Execution Server).
• Hands-on experience in Rule Authoring, Rule Flows, Decision Tables, and Decision Trees.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON.
• Experience in rule governance, versioning, and deployment strategies.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
