Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with a strong background in Snowflake, SQL, and automation frameworks. This role is a mix of hands-on development, automation testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of software quality and performance. Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test high-quality code with a focus on data platforms and automation (20%).
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks that support both manual and automated testing strategies (20%).
• Collaborate with developers, QA, product, and project teams for planning and execution (5%).
• Work on both new feature development and enhancement of existing solutions.
• Break down business requirements into tasks and estimate effort (20%).
• Ensure code complies with accessibility, security, and performance standards.
• Participate in all phases of the software lifecycle, including design, code, and peer reviews (15% total).
• Write clear internal and external documentation (5%).
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to process improvement (5%).
• Collaborate with performance and scalability teams to include performance testing in QA plans (5%).
