Lead Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for Hands-on Lead engineers for the team who can provide tech leadership for team of 5-6 highly skilled tech team members. Ideal candidate should have good understanding of backend and frontend Technologies, along with system design and architecture. This is a hybrid Role.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• 4-8 years of strong software development experience.
• Experience and interest in technical design, system architecture, and building scalable solutions.
• Deep expertise in both front end and backend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js,.net,Java).
• Proven track record delivering high-quality software products.
• Strong experience conducting code reviews and mentoring developers.
• Ability and enthusiasm for guiding and technically supporting a small team.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a product-centric or SaaS-based company.
• Familiarity with iterative sprint-based development.
• Passionate about writing efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
