Front End Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for strong frontend engineers who are capable for working independently, drive technical expertise and add value to entire Miba Engineering.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for our web applications
• Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to imple- mentation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into ef-fective technical solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, adopting new technologies and frameworks to enhance application performance and the development process.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best prac-tices in software development and agile methodologies.

Cultural Expectations

• 5 to 8 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise frontend technologies.
• Proficiency in frontend development using React, HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with backend development in Python, framework Flask/Django is an added advantage.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, with a preference for candidates knowledgeable in SQL and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of Git and experience with CI/CD practices, ideally with AzureDevOps pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Candidates based in Pune, ready to join at the earliest, will be preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
