Senior Fullstack Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of expertise in building and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in any of backend langauge (python/java/nodejs) and Any frontend frameworks React.js/Angular, with strong skills in databases, cloud deployment, and DevOps practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring high performance, security, and seamless user experiences. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in AI, IoT, and digital transformation while mentoring junior developers and driving best practice.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications using React.js or Angular.js (and related libraries).
• Build back-end APIs and business logic using any of Java/ Nodejs/ Python
• Manage databases (SQL and NoSQL) for scalability and efficiency.
• Deploy and monitor applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Implement security, testing, and performance optimization practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create seamless user experiences.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Cultural Expectations

• Strong proficiency in any backend (Java/Python/Nodejs) and FrontEnd (React.js/Angularjs).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs & GraphQL.
• Proficiency in databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL (SQL) and MongoDB/Redis (NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with containerization & CI/CD (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
• Strong grasp of software architecture, microservices, and design patterns.
