Full Stack Engineer - SDE2

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React.js and Node.js to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. You’ll work across the stack—from crafting user-friendly front-end interfaces to building robust backend services and APIs. Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain front-end applications using React.js with reusable, scalable components.
• Design and implement RESTful / GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Manage and optimize databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Write unit and integration tests, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
• Stay current with best practices in JavaScript, Node.js, React, and ecosystem tools.

Cultural Expectations

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–6 years of full stack development experience (adjustable as per seniority).
• Strong expertise in:
• React.js (hooks, state management, performance optimization, Redux/Zustand/MobX).
• Node.js & Express.js for building scalable backend services.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment on AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and security best practices.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.

Hiring Process

• Technical interview with senior member from the technical team.
• Final interview with Tech Lead/CTO.
