Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer with 4–5 years of manual testing and 1–2 years of automation experience. The role involves testing web applications and services with a focus on SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365. Hands-on skills in Selenium/Playwright/RSAT, strong defect management, and experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD will be highly valued.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and cases based on system/service documentation and requirements.
• Develop, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test scripts for functional testing using appropriate automation tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Conduct integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Thoroughly document test cases, execution results, and testing processes.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to enhance overall test coverage and address requirements.
• Create clear documentation of applications and service workflows.
• Clearly communicate defects, test outcomes, and progress through well-structured bug documentation and reporting.
• Generate and implement continuous improvement ideas in the process.

Cultural Expectations
