SAP CRM Functional Cosultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP CRM Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules, along with proven experience in end-to-end implementations and support projects. You will play a critical role in understanding business requirements, designing robust solutions, and ensuring smooth integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and solution design for SAP CRM projects.
• Configure and implement CRM Web UI, Interaction Center, and Middleware.
• Manage integration with SAP ECC/S4 HANA (SD, MM, FI) and third-party applications.
• Provide functional expertise in CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organizational needs.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to best practices.
• Drive system upgrades, enhancements, and production support activities.

Cultural Expectations

• 10+ years of experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant.
• Strong expertise in CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
• Hands-on experience with CRM Web UI, Middleware, and Interaction Center.
• Proven track record of at least 2–3 end-to-end CRM implementations.
• Solid understanding of integration with SAP ECC / S/4 HANA.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Dubai / GCC region projects preferred.
