SAP CRM Technical Consultant 2

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP CRM Technical Consultant (Level 2) with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM development and support. The consultant will be responsible for designing, enhancing, and maintaining SAP CRM solutions with a strong focus on ABAP development, CRM Web UI, BOL/GENIL framework, and middleware integration. This role requires close collaboration with functional teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensure smooth system operations, and drive continuous improvements. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in SAP CRM, strong debugging and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while adhering to best practices and project timelines.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and support SAP CRM technical solutions including ABAP enhancements, Web UI components, BOL/GENIL programming, and custom applications.
• Work on SAP CRM Middleware for data replication between CRM and ECC.
• Perform CRM Web UI enhancements including component workbench, BSP enhancements, and UI configuration.
• Support integration with third-party applications and backend SAP systems.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in SAP CRM processes (Sales, Service, Marketing, Interaction Center).
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices in SAP development.

Cultural Expectations

• Strong expertise in ABAP (OOABAP, BADI, BAPI, User Exits, Enhancements).
• Hands-on experience with CRM Web UI, BOL/GENIL, Component Workbench, BSP Enhancements.
• Experience with CRM Middleware (BDoc monitoring, replication).
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
