Cultural Expectations

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of work experience in software development; a minimum of 2 years preferred.
• ● Technical Skills: Proficiency in one or more scripting languages, such as Node.js or Python.
• ● Database Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of SQL databases, Redis.
• ● General Computing Concepts: Strong understanding of operating systems, databases, and computer networks.
• ● Web Fundamentals: Familiarity with how the web works, including HTTP, REST, and client-server architecture.
• ● Track Record: Proven history of shipping high-quality products and features at scale.

Hiring Process
