Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) Consultant to design, implement, and optimize customer data solutions. The role involves building unified customer profiles, enabling personalized engagement, and integrating SAP CDP with enterprise applications. The consultant will ensure data quality, compliance, and activation across multiple channels, supporting digital transformation and customer experience initiatives.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP CDP solutions to support customer data unification and activation.
• Integrate SAP CDP with other SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Service Cloud) and third-party systems.
• Design and manage customer 360° profiles, segmentation, and data activation use cases.
• Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Monitor, optimize, and maintain data quality, consent management, and identity resolution.
• Support solution design, documentation, and end-user training.

Cultural Expectations

• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP).
• Strong knowledge of customer data models, data flows, and integration with external systems.
• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with ETL, APIs, event-driven architecture, and cloud integrations.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, consent management, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
