Founders’ GTM Associate - Internship

Job Summary

We are looking for a GTM (Go-to-Market) Associate Intern who is eager to learn and grow with us. As an early member of the GTM team, you’ll work closely with the founders to experiment with different channels, build campaigns, and create repeatable playbooks for scaling customer acquisition. This role is ideal for someone with 0–2 years of experience who wants to learn end-to-end startup GTM execution and grow into a leadership role.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in market research to identify target customers, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
• Support in creating outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, events, and communities).
• Work with the founders to develop pitch decks, sales collateral, and GTM strategies.
• Engage with prospects through cold outreach, calls, and demos to generate pipeline.
• Help run content-driven GTM initiatives (case studies, blogs, social media).
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to bring user feedback into product strategy.
• Track and report key GTM metrics using CRM and analytics tools.

Cultural Expectations

• Fresh graduates or professionals with 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business roles.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Curiosity about startups, AI, and recruitment technology.
• Ability to hustle, experiment, and learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
