Junior RPA Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath or Automation Edge to design, develop, and support intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in document understanding, OCR technologies, and system integration, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. This role involves end-to-end automation lifecycle management—from requirements gathering to maintenance—while collaborating with cross-functional teams and adhering to best practices in RPA development.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy RPA workflows using Automation Edge or UiPath.
• Implement document understanding using OCR tools (ABBYY, Tesseract, Google Vision API).
• Integrate bots with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and ensure automation quality.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed bots for performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Document solutions and provide training/support to end-users.
• Follow RPA best practices, ensure security and scalability.
• Stay updated with RPA/AI/ML trends and suggest improvements.

Cultural Expectations

• Proficiency in OCR tools like ABBYY, Tesseract, or Google Vision
• Working knowledge of VB.NET, C#, Python, and SQL
• Ability to independently deliver end-to-end automation projects
