Job Summary
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer (SDE II) with 3-6 years of experience in building scalable SaaS products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js for front-end development and hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Python. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality, performant, and scalable solutions for our SaaS platform.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure timely project delivery aligning with company's 48-hour deployment model.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications for our SaaS platform.
- Build responsive, performant, and reusable UI components using React.js.
- Contribute to backend services, APIs, and databases for robust product functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Design).
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture design.
- Take ownership of features from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Contribute to improving system performance, security, and scalability.

- 4–5 years of experience in full-stack software development, preferably in a SaaS product company.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Backend development experience with at least one: Node.js, Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus).
- Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching mechanisms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile environment.
Hiring Process
- Interview with hiring manager to assess technical skills.
- Live coding task to evaluate coding proficiency.
- Technical interview with senior member from the technical team.
- Final interview with Tech Lead/CTO.
