Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Engineer with 7+ years of experience to lead and drive the development of modern web applications and backend services. The ideal candidate will have a strong full-stack background with expertise in .NET, Angular, Python, Node.js, and React.js. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, develop, and deliver scalable and high-performance solutions, while mentoring junior developers and ensuring best practices across the software development lifecycle.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- 4-7 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong expertise in .NET (C#) for backend development.
- Proficient with modern front-end frameworks Angular and React.js.
- Experience developing backend services and APIs using Python and Node.js.
- Solid understanding of web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, MongoDB).
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns, architecture principles, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
