Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and driven Content Marketing Specialist with 1–4 years of experience to lead the creation and execution of engaging digital content. In this role, you'll produce short-form videos, social media creatives, graphics, and written content to grow our brand presence and connect with our audience. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to manage content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and loves blending storytelling with design.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form video content (e.g., product explainers, social clips, customer stories).
• Design graphics and visual assets for social media, blogs, and campaigns using tools like Canva or Figma.
• Write and edit content including social captions, blog posts, and email campaigns.
• Manage and publish content across platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Track content performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with product and brand goals.
