Content Marketer

Job Summary

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure timely project delivery aligning with company's 48-hour deployment model.
• Create short-form and long-form video content for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, and creatives for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute content campaigns.
• Write captions, scripts, and copy aligned with brand tone and messaging.
• Edit and repurpose content for multi-channel distribution (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Stay updated on content trends, social media formats, and digital marketing strategies.

Cultural Expectations

• 0–2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).
• Good understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement.
• Basic copywriting skills.
• A creative portfolio of past video or graphic projects (academic, internship, or freelance work accepted).
