Financial Analyst

Job Summary

The role involves developing and implementing analytical solutions with a strong focus on data management, visualization, and automation. The candidate will independently design smaller analytics projects and collaborate on complex ones, ensuring technical robustness and business alignment. Responsibilities include data extraction from SAP/DWH, data modeling, Power BI reporting, and resolving technical issues in existing analytical systems. The position requires both technical expertise and strong soft skills to engage effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Independent creation (Project management& implementation ) of smaller analytics Solutions
• Implementation of larger, more complex, solution in collaboration wit Senior Financial Analyst. The focus is on technical Implementation.
• First Point of contact for customers and primarily responsible for solving technical issues and bug fixing in existing analytical solutions
• Independent implementation of enhancements of these existing solutions

Cultural Expectations

• Advanced skills in data extraction from the DWH with SQL & SAP knowledge
• Advanced skills in data modelling (SQL,Power Query)
• Advanced skills in building reports in Power BI
• MIS knowledge
• Technical expertise and advanced skills in required tools (Power BI, Power Query, Power BI backend, SQL,SAP,Excel VBA) to be able to solve technical issues

Hiring Process

• Interview with hiring manager to assess technical skills.
• Technical interview with senior member from the technical team.
• Final interview with Tech Lead/CTO.
