Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications. Proficient in Angular, Node.js, Express.js, and databases like MongoDB/MySQL, with a focus on delivering high-quality, efficient solutions. Experienced in working within agile environments, managing end-to-end development, and supporting continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving and communication skills to translate business needs into technical outcomes.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

•  Design and develop applications and roll out existing applications to Miba sites.
•  Work closely with the business to understand the business process and needs; design the technical concept and develop high-quality software within agreed timescales.
•  Develop high-quality tools to provide the business with flexibility in data analysis and visualization.
•  Support the agile release- and sprint planning process through analysis and estimation of development work.
•  Prepare release notes and operational handover documents.
•  Promote knowledge sharing and team empowerment.
•  Responsible for generating and implementing continuous improvement ideas in the process.

Cultural Expectations

•  Experience with Git for version control is essential
• Diploma/bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, and Commu-nications.
•  Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the relevant software development field, i.e., Frontend/Backend/Full Stack.
•  Experienced in working with relevant technologies, i.e., Angular, Node.js, Express.js, Mon-goDB, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, etc.
•  Knowledge and experience with databases like SQL.
•  Knowledge of Agile methodologies is an added advantage.
•  Knowledge or experience with ML/AI tools and technologies is an added advantage.
•  Knowledge of Azure and CI/CD practices is good to have.
•  Experience with Git for version control is essential
