Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented professional with 3+ years of experience in Human Capital software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or Workday. Responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing HR processes while ensuring smooth system operations and timely issue resolution. Skilled in configuration, customization, and collaboration with global IT and business teams. Demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability in a dynamic, agile environment.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• 1. Analyze, design, develop, test and implement new or changed Human Capital business processes, considering the existing environment and process landscape.
• 2. Responsible for resolution of tickets (incidents, standard & complex service requests) within agreed SLAs. 3. Responsible for delivering standard process solutions and adaptions based on user requirements.
• 4. Close collaboration with team members, Global IT & Digitalization as well as internal customers.
• 5. Support key user and user on daily activities.
• 6. Ensure compliance with existing processes, promote continuous process improve ment.
• 7. Responsible for global team/user empowerment with trainings, standard documentation etc.

Cultural Expectations

• 1. Relevant 3+ years of professional experience in Human Capital related software (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone or Workday)
• 2. Proficient in configuration & customization, managing change requests etc.
• 3. Basic knowledge of Human Capital processes and operations
• 4. Preferably completed a technical or IT related education
• 5. Experience in SAP HCM is an advantage
• 6. Testing and debugging skills are an added advantage
• 7. Understanding of databases, data migration and interfaces is an advantage
• 8. Knowledge and experience of working in an Agile framework
