Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated HR Recruitment Executive with 0-1 year of experience to assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job openings. The role involves supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient hiring.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in job posting on various portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment databases and update candidate status regularly.
- Support offer letter preparation and onboarding documentation.
- Help organize recruitment drives, including campus hiring events.
- Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment progress.
- Collaborate with the HR team on administrative and other HR-related tasks.

Hiring Process
- Application Review: Screening of resumes received.

- Technical/Managerial Interview: Discussion with HR manager or recruitment lead.
- Offer & Onboarding: Preparation and sharing of offer letter, followed by onboarding formalities.
