Devops Engineer SDE-II

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team and lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure, with deep expertise in automation, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). This role will be responsible for building and optimizing infrastructure-as-code deployments, managing cloud-native applications, and ensuring high availability and performance of production systems. You’ll collaborate closely with development teams to streamline software delivery, implement best practices in monitoring, security, and reliability, and mentor junior engineers. A strong background in scripting, configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, etc.), and a solid understanding of DevSecOps and cloud security is essential. Candidates with cloud certifications, multi-cloud experience, or exposure to regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) are preferred. Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools.
• Manage containerized applications and Kubernetes clusters.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability.
• Implement secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
• Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and zero-downtime deployments.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize delivery workflows.
• Document processes and guide junior engineers on DevOps best practices.

Cultural Expectations

• 4–6 years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiar with monitoring & alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Good understanding of cloud security, cost optimization, and system reliability.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and mentorship skills.
