Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate SDE II – Java Backend Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling backend systems using modern Java technologies. You will play a key role in building high-performance, cloud-native applications and ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside cross-functional teams, with opportunities to mentor junior developers and influence architectural decisions.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Build cloud-native applications on AWS / Azure / GCP
• Integrate messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Use Redis for caching and performance optimization
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and fault tolerance
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams
• Mentor junior engineers and lead module-level tasks
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
• Follow Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
