Job Summary

We are seeking for a Power Platform and UiPath Developer to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and UiPath. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in RPA development, SharePoint integration, and Azure DevOps pipelines, with a strong understanding of REFramework, OCR-based data extraction, and process optimization. This role involves supporting digital transformation initiatives through low-code technologies, ensuring efficient, reliable, and scalable automation delivery in an Agile environment.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Developing automations using UiPath (RPA side)
• Building low-code applications and workflows with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Managing SharePoint Online integrations
• Working with Azure DevOps pipelines for deployment (CI/CD)
• Supporting business processes using low-code and automation technologies

Cultural Expectations

• Develop and maintain automation workflows using UiPath and Power Automate (Flow).
• Design and build custom applications with Power Apps integrated with SharePoint Online.
• Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator for unattended automations and queue-based processes.
• Implement REFramework standards for scalable and maintainable automation solutions.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for QA and production deployments.
• Extract and process data from PDFs and images using OCR engines and Regex techniques.
• Collaborate with business users to analyze, document, and optimize processes (PDD/SDD).
• Support and troubleshoot production automation with proper debugging and error handling.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams, using Azure Boards or GitHub for task management and version control.
• Explore and integrate GenAI capabilities and Python-based AI solutions to enhance automation outcomes.
