Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

Join InteractGEN as a Senior AI Engineer and build the intelligence that helps brands get discovered by AI. You’ll design and deploy LLM-based systems, create prompt-intelligence models, and work on cutting-edge AI visibility analytics in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML/NLP pipelines to extract insights from large AI-generated responses.
• Build and fine-tune LLMs and embedding models to track brand visibility and prompt relevance.
• Develop scalable APIs and inference systems for real-time AI intelligence.
• Work with datasets from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI ecosystems to identify trends and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with product and backend teams to integrate AI models into production.
• Experiment with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LLM evaluation metrics, and prompt engineering.
• Continuously improve accuracy, scalability, and latency of deployed models.

Cultural Expectations

• 4–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
• Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, and ML libraries (Transformers, LangChain, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Solid understanding of data pipelines, MLOps, and model deployment (AWS / GCP / Docker).
• Familiarity with NLP tasks such as entity recognition, text classification, and semantic search.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills—able to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
