Senior Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Designer with 5–7 years of experience in UI/UX and product design within a SaaS environment. The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic — capable of leading design initiatives, mentoring junior designers, and driving innovation through AI-powered design techniques and modern prototyping tools.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile products, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define design strategy and visual direction.
• Mentor and review the work of junior designers to maintain high-quality output.
• Champion the use of AI and generative design tools to enhance team productivity.
• Conduct usability studies and leverage data-driven insights to refine design decisions.
• Evolve and maintain the company’s design system and brand consistency across all products

Cultural Expectations

• 5–7 years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer in a SaaS or tech product company.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other prototyping tools.
• Proven experience with AI-driven design workflows or generative prototyping.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, design thinking, and polished visual design.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Hiring Process
