Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding for various roles.
• Oversee and execute accurate and timely payroll processing, including tax filings, deductions, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and organizational objectives.
• 3-4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR management.
• Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing techniques, and offer management.
• Proven experience in payroll processing and administration, including familiarity with payroll systems and tax compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
