Job Summary

Hiring a VMware Tanzu Specialist – Reliability Engineer to manage Tanzu-based Kubernetes clusters and drive container orchestration operations with a DevOps mindset. The role involves ensuring high reliability, scalability, and performance of containerized environments in Pune.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage Day-2 operations and lifecycle management of VMware Tanzu environments.
• Oversee Kubernetes cluster administration, scaling, and upgrades.
• Automate deployments and monitoring using DevOps tools.
• Troubleshoot performance and networking issues across the container stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment efficiency.
• Ensure high system availability and compliance with organizational SLAs.

Cultural Expectations

• Strong hands-on experience with VMware Tanzu, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Understanding of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Helm, Docker, etc.).
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work occasionally 6 days a week as per operational needs.
