Delivery Manager/ Lead Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Delivery Manager with a strong technical background -someone who has experience as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager and is ready to take ownership of delivering excellence across products, platforms, and client projects.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure timely project delivery aligning with company's 48-hour deployment model.
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for multiple product and client initiatives, from planning to launch.
• Align Product, Engineering, and Design teams toward shared goals and milestones.
• Build and manage delivery roadmaps, identify risks early, and resolve blockers proactively.
• Translate technical complexities into clear business insights and actionable updates.
• Optimize processes, improve sprint efficiency, and implement delivery best practices.
• Mentor engineers and delivery teams to foster accountability, clarity, and consistent execution

• Deep understanding of Agile and iterative development, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem- solving skills.
• Proven track record of turning plans into results - delivering impact, not just outputs.
• Ability to balance technical insight with business priorities.
• 6+ years of professional experience, including 3–4 years in delivery or project management roles in product or SaaS environments.
• Strong technical foundation - ideally a former Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or Senior Developer with hands-on experience in architecture and product engineering
