Sales Executive (Recruitment & Staffing)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with experience in the Recruitment & Staffing industry. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building partnerships, and generating business for staffing services. The role involves driving revenue growth by pitching staffing solutions to companies across various industries.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
• Reach out to HR teams, Hiring Managers & decision-makers via calls, emails, LinkedIn & networking.
• Present company’s recruitment solutions and service offerings clearly and effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
• Achieve monthly business acquisition and billing targets.
• Maintain CRM records, proposal documents, and business reports.

Cultural Expectations

• 1–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development in Staffing or HR Consulting industry.
• Should understand recruitment workflows (Sourcing, Screening, Onboarding etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills.
• Ability to convert leads into active business accounts.
• Target & goal-oriented mindset.
