This role is for a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to design, develop, and execute solutions within the ServiceNow platform for Consilio. The position involves extensive hands-on development leveraging JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs, along with expertise in various ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM, HR Service Delivery, ITAM, ITOM, and SecOps. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with the full software development lifecycle and effective communication.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• 3+ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, HR Service Delivery, ITAM, ITOM, SecOps modules
• Extensive experience designing and developing playbooks within Configurable Workspaces (Custom Scopes or App Engine)
• Solid proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS within the context of ServiceNow development
• Proficiency in REST APIs
• Experience working with Integration Hub
• Energetic self-starter
• Comfortable speaking and asking questions to ensure understanding
• Comfortable in all stages of the software development lifecycle
