Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience and strong expertise in Python. The role involves designing and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems, including API design, service integration, database management, and architecture optimization. The ideal candidate will work in an agile environment, implementing cloud deployments with CI/CD automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend modules
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for data modeling, optimization, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams in an agile environment
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
• Participate in sprint planning, requirements analysis, and architecture discussions
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience as a backend developer
• Strong experience in Python backend development
