FullStack Developer

Job Summary

Digit88 is hiring a Full Stack Developer with 3-7 years of experience to build modern, scalable web applications for global customers. The role focuses on developing backend microservices using Node.js/TypeScript and robust frontends with React/Next.js. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in distributed systems, databases like PostgreSQL and Redis, message queues, and DevOps concepts.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend microservices using Node.js and TypeScript, delivering highly scalable and secure REST APIs.
• Develop integration-heavy backend modules including POS adapters, payment gateway SDK/API integrations, and third-party logistics/aggregator connectors.
• Work with databases and caching layers including PostgreSQL, Redis, and implement queuing systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Build robust frontend applications using React/Next.js for customer-facing and admin-facing use cases.
• Solid frontend development experience using React/Next.js.
• Contribute to DevOps workflows including Docker-based deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes-based orchestration.
• Ensure high-quality coding standards, performance optimization, and adherence to security best practices.
• Working knowledge of DevOps concepts—Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes.
• 3–5 years of full-stack development experience with strong backend engineering expertise.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams in planning, development, and release cycles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated on modern full-stack technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
