Team Leader – Product Development

Job Summary

The role involves leading product development and engineering activities for North region customers, including design, feasibility analysis, documentation, benchmarking, RFQ support, and customer audits. The position requires strong expertise in product engineering, QMS processes, and cost monitoring. The candidate will also be responsible for team development and ensuring compliance with ISO 27K information security standards. This role demands excellent planning, innovation, and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-quality products on time.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure timely project delivery aligning with company's 48-hour deployment model.
• Responsible for new products/parts designing (for North customers only).
• Responsible for customer query handling related to any new design/development.
• Responsible for monitoring and recording quality, cost, and delivery time of each project.
• Responsible for daily/weekly work planning for the department.
• Facilitate new product technical feasibility study.
• Responsible for project documentation as per QMS requirements.
• Responsible for generating new product ideas and innovative products.
• Product Feature Standardization.
• Competition product benchmarking analysis.
• RFQ hit rate improvement.
• Responsible for North market customer audits.
