Job Summary

The role involves managing project cost, timelines, and customer communication while ensuring effective coordination with cross-functional teams. The position requires strong project management skills, analytical abilities, RFQ handling experience, and proficiency in documentation and reporting. The candidate will oversee project progress, review team performance, maintain MIS, and ensure compliance with ISO 27K information security standards. This role demands accountability, structured planning, and the ability to drive successful project delivery within defined QCD parameters.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Project Cost Management
  • Execute the sales and marketing plan for the project as defined by the HOD.
  • Achieve individual annual sales targets.
  • Handle customer product queries related to RFQs.
  • Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Project Timeline Management
  • Identify project needs, prioritize tasks, and develop timelines and milestones.
  • Break down complex projects into manageable tasks.
  • Maintain standardized documentation for all projects for future reference.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers; gather feedback on project progress.
  • Team Management
  • Ensure project delivery with transparent communication regarding QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery).
  • Identify appropriate cross-functional team members in coordination with functional heads.
  • Allocate tasks aligned with project objectives and deadlines.
  • Set timelines for each task and communicate them to cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide timely feedback.
  • Reporting & MIS
  • Prepare standardized, accurate, and legible reports/MIS and share within defined timelines.
  • Identify risks related to timelines, cost, or quality and escalate appropriately.
  • Critically evaluate periodic reports for accuracy and implement improvements.
  • Prioritize information requiring immediate escalation versus monthly reporting.
  • ISO 27K Responsibilities
  • Maintain awareness and adherence to applicable information security policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual information security requirements.
  • Adequately protect all information handled or under custody as per ARaymond security expectations.
  • Report suspicious behavior, vulnerabilities, or incidents to the authority.
