Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment.
• Manage and administer Windows/Linux servers, domain controllers, and user access.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network issues including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and firewalls.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in an IT support or system admin role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux OS environments.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and basic network protocols.
• Problem-solving mindset with a sense of ownership.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Team player with a responsible and proactive attitude.
