Digital Marketing Associate

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our company's digital marketing strategy. This role is crucial in increasing our online presence, engaging with our target audience, and driving lead generation and conversion through various digital channels.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure timely project delivery aligning with company's 48-hour deployment model.
• Manage and optimize PPC & ABM campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta, and Twitter
• Build and scale B2B campaigns for niche markets with strong ROI focus
• Optimize social media accounts through targeted content and engagement strategies
• Plan content calendars and oversee content creation, syndication, and distribution
• Execute SEO initiatives including site audits, keyword research, and link building
• Monitor SEO performance using SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Data Studio
• Analyze web and campaign data to improve ads, keywords, bidding, and landing pages
• Manage digital ad budgets and optimize bids based on performance metrics
• Translate analytics insights into actionable marketing strategies
• Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes

Cultural Expectations

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience with marketing automation platforms
