Solution Architect - RPA

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect with 7–8 years of experience in RPA, specializing in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Automation Edge. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing scalable automation solutions, building reusable RPA objects and workflows, working with multiple data sources, and creating PDDs/SDDs. Strong knowledge of SQL, APIs, and application design is essential, along with the ability to lead process walkthroughs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex automation solutions using UiPath, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Create reusable RPA components, workflows, and bots for efficient automation delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct process walkthroughs.
• Develop Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs) to support development and delivery.
• Integrate bots with various data sources such as flat files, databases, and APIs.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and perform database configuration and troubleshooting.
• Develop and consume APIs (REST/SOAP) for third-party system integration.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and support activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Cultural Expectations

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Automation Edge.
• At least 2 years of hands-on software development experience including scripting, application design, and database interaction.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end automation lifecycle, best practices, and RPA architecture.
• Ability to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and design efficient solutions.
• High attention to detail and strong debugging/troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to learn new RPA tools and technologies beyond current expertise.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement and learning in the RPA domain.

• Technical interview with senior member from the technical team.
• Final interview with Tech Lead/CTO.
