RPA Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an RPA Developer with 2–6 years of experience in automation development using UiPath or Automation Edge. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, OCR technologies, and scripting (VB.NET, C#, or Python), with solid problem-solving and debugging skills

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
• 1. Automation Development:
• - Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using UiPath.
• -Development using Automation Edge not using Uipath. Either developer should have AE experience or smart enough to learn AE
• - Work with business teams to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• 2. Document Understanding:
• - Implement UiPath Document Understanding for processing structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents.
• - Configure and train Machine Learning (ML) models for document classification and data extraction.
• - Optimize OCR performance using tools like ABBYY, Tesseract, or Google Vision API.
• 3. Integration and Testing:
• - Integrate UiPath workflows with external systems (APIs, databases, etc.).
• - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation scripts to ensure quality.
• 4. Maintenance and Support:
• - Monitor and maintain deployed automation solutions.
• - Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure uptime for critical workflows.
• 5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
• - Provide training and documentation for end-users and team members.
• 6. Best Practices and Compliance:
• - Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, including exception handling, scalability, and security.
• - Stay updated on UiPath advancements and contribute to process improvements.

• Technical Expertise:
• - Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot management.
• - Proficiency in UiPath Document Understanding framework and AI/ML model integration.
• - Solid understanding of OCR technologies like ABBYY FlexiCapture, Tesseract, or similar.
• Programming and Scripting:
• - Proficient in VB.NET, C, or Python for script development.
• - Knowledge of SQL for database interactions.
• Problem Solving and Analytical Skills:
• - Ability to analyze complex processes and identify automation opportunities.
• - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Soft Skills:
• - Effective communication to interact with business users and technical teams.
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• - B.E./ B.Tech (Comp-science / IT )
• - Preferred : UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Advanced RPA Developer or Document Understanding Specialist).
• - Experience with cloud-based automation solutions or AI/ML integrations.
• - Familiarity with other RPA tools like Automation Anywhere, Automation Edge or Ui Path.

Hiring Process

• Live coding task to evaluate coding proficiency.
• Technical interview with senior member from the technical team.
• Final interview with Tech Lead/CTO.
