Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience, preferably in the banking domain, with hands-on exposure to RPA projects and knowledge of PDD, SDD, and RPA project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for RPA solutions, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
• Create detailed RPA documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDD) and support in preparing Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams throughout the RPA project lifecycle to ensure effective implementation.
• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and provide guidance on process optimization.
• Act as a liaison between business units and the development team to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Manage multiple priorities and timelines across different projects, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Cultural Expectations

• Possess 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Banking domain.
• Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other business analysis tools.
• Exhibit strong knowledge of RPA concepts and documentation, including PDD, SDD, and RPA workflows.
• Communicate effectively across teams and management, including senior leadership, both verbally and in writing.
• Work independently and collaboratively, handling shifting priorities across multiple concurrent projects.
• Understand and use collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams, and have experience working with reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Bring a solution-focused, analytical mindset to problem-solving and project planning.
