Job Summary

Raisn.ai is looking for a Business Head to drive strategy, growth, and operations. The role involves owning P&L, building high-performing teams, expanding market presence, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to scale the business.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Business Strategy & P&L Ownership
  • Lead overall business strategy, growth planning, and execution for key fintech products.
  • Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the fintech business and ensure strong revenue growth and profitability.
  • Drive market positioning, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Fintech Product Leadership
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive product-market fit in fintech verticals like payments, lending, and wealthtech.
  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to develop innovative customer-centric financial solutions.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management in all product launches.
  • Sales, Marketing & Partnerships
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
  • Build strategic alliances with financial institutions, NBFCs, and other ecosystem players.
  • Drive digital marketing, branding, and sales strategies for customer growth.
  • Operations & Customer Success
  • Streamline business operations for scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor key business metrics, customer engagement, and service quality.
  • Ensure seamless customer onboarding, service, and support operations.
  • Leadership & Team Building
  • Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, partnerships, and operations.
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-obsessed culture across the organization.
