Senior AI Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated AI Solutions Developer to design, build, and manage AI-driven applications leveraging OpenAI’s LLM models. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing intelligent backend systems, integrating AI agents into core business functions such as sales automation, and driving innovation across the platform.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-driven solutions using OpenAI's LLM models, tailored to platform needs and user interactions.
• Build, fine-tune, and manage AI agents that support sales automation and other business processes.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services in Python/Django for seamless integration with CRM platforms and external tools.
• Stay current with OpenAI developments, LLM enhancements, and emerging use cases to continuously improve our AI features.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to implement AI-powered features and optimize performance.
• Participate in system and architecture design, ensuring scalable and maintainable AI solutions.
• Deliver clean, testable code and assist in system testing and debugging efforts.

Cultural Expectations

• Education: Full-time B.Tech/BE in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of software development experience, with 1–2 years in OpenAI/LLM-based projects.
• Proficient in Python and backend frameworks like Django.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, AI agents, and LLM integrations.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and version control (GitHub).
• Able to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive mindset.
